"Hot water didnt work, elevator didn't work, key to the room didnt work. Manager told me I was not going to be charged for my stay but my credit card has been charged the full amount. Called hotel, called 1-800-hilton, & Expedia. No one can explain why I am being charged full price and offered nobway to get a refund. Horrible experience. Will not stay at another Hilton. "
