"Very nice house, in a great location. This was our second visit to this house, and we hope to come back. It is comfortable, and very well equipped (and we have stayed in a lot of rentals.) Owners are quick to respond to questions. We were there in the fall, but the garage had plenty of beach gear for summer use, as well as bicycles that are available for guests. The fenced in yard is perfect for our dog, and the house is an easy walk to Short Sand Beach. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors (many seem to be year-round) are friendly. York Beach is a nice area to explore, with interesting restaurants and a very nice historical sociery. This is a favorite house in a favorite place. Can't ask for more."

"The duplex is well located, clean, and new. Had everything we needed, the Cornhole, beach towels and chairs were appreciated! I will say the only downside is that the description of three bedrooms and three bathrooms is true, but not as I expected. There are three bedrooms upstairs with one bathroom to share. No en-suite bathroom. The second full bath is on the first floor which is convenient if you are using the king-sized pullout sofa. The third full bathroom is downstairs in the basement and has a cement floor. Kind of a weird layout, but all in great working order and clean. Lots of steps, so that is a consideration if you have older guests. Overall a nice place and we really enjoyed our stay!"

"This property was a cute little cottage, which was right across from short Sands walking distance plenty of sidewalks plenty of walkways across the street walk to get food walk to watch bands, jewelry stores, candy everywhere goldenrods taffy, and Animal Kingdom. Everything is walkable, which was nice. Got plenty of exercise!!!! Very good restaurants such as Union Bluff, Blues at the Inn, Molly O and next door to Mollys is the original Moes Italian subs"
