"I was told there would be a $20 credit that can be used in the hotel. I used it at the coffee shop the next day and was told it only applies to the day of check in and not at the coffer shop. These are important details that should have been mentioned. "

"The room was very clean and well-equipped; my kid enjoyed the pool. We appreciated the second parking lot across the street, as the one under the hotel was tight and usually full. The staff did not speak much, but were very efficient and responded to all our requests immediately."

"We always stay here whenever we’re in the city, especially if we’re going to Crypto Arena. It’s really become our go-to. Carlos at the front desk is our favorite. He’s always so accommodating and told us about the room service breakfast this time which was such a good deal!"
