As soon as we arrived we were greeted nicely and given the information needed and were checked in. The room was fantastic, large, clean and really well equipped, the bed was huge and very comfortable, we had a nice view and the bathroom was clean and roomy. The spa was lovely and we had a lovely relax in there . We had a nice couple of drinks in the bar and watched the football. The breakfast in the morning was really nice with plenty of choice. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely revisit.

Too close to busy, noisy road (A40) that was all night. Bed too close to the floor about 18 inches high making it not the easiest to get out of. Whilst the bedding was clean it was of very poor quality . No - one about at all so no refreshment facilities.

My first stay at the London Inn and it was a very enjoyable one . The staff were friendly and extremely accommodating, helpful and welcoming. Fabulous breakfast in the morning. I highly recommend The London Inn , it's also a fabulous base if you want to explore Cheltenham and the cotswolds. I will definitely return if I visit Cheltenham again.

Staff very helpful

Good central location in Cotswolds and nicely in centre of town. Good dining and nice patio. Small number of parking spaces behind. Bedroom was very hot, on top floor ,windows only opened a little. Luckily reception provided fan. Sink hot tap only dribbles out but only needed cold tap in these conditions
