The room had everything we could expect from a good hotel, including a TV, A/C and minibar, and everything was very well maintained. The location was excellent—quiet and convenient, with the town centre within easy walking distance. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and we would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed at Cottonwood Lodge for two nights during our Snowy Mountains weekend trip, and we couldn’t have asked for a better location. It’s only about a 30-minute drive to Jindabyne and around 60 minutes to the ski resorts, making it a perfect base for a snow trip. The room was very cozy and comfortable, and having a BBQ available to use was a great bonus. The bathroom was clean and had a heater, which was especially appreciated in the cold weather. The owners are also very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it felt like staying in a comfortable hotel in the city. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back to Cottonwood Lodge on our next snow trip! Highly recommended! 🏔️❄️"

"Great property with wonderful host. An absolute no-brainer property. Beautiful and rare decor and scenery, wood fire and everything type of animal can be seen.Minor challenge: Wifi needs a booster/new system. It didn’t work. Alternatively, the Telstra coverage is only 1 bar but bare minimum internet is possible. Regardless, it’s a 10/10 property."
