So thrilled with our stay. Four star hotel was very clean, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast buffet. Staff was always pleasant and helpful. Location was walking distance to Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Parliament, Buckingham Palace. Being across from Victoria Train Station was at times seedy but the advantages of easy transportation outweighed the negatives. Victoria Coach Station was 10-15 mins walk so getting to and from the airports was fairly easy. Tube and buses were just a block away. Victoria as a terminus stop for some buses made it easier to return from Harrods’, also 15 mins away. Taxis readily available.
We would definitely stay here again and will also see where there are other Riu locations worldwide. Thank you for a lovely stay!

"The swimming pool room has an awful smell and is poorly maintained, and we couldn't sit in the lounge because the air conditioning unit was so noisy appart from that, food and staff where fine"
