"Lovely little cottage in Lovely well kept grounds. The cottage is looking a bit tired and could do with a fresh coat of paint inside, the bathroom needs a bit of maintenance but don't let that put you off if you get it at the right price. We would stay again."

"We spent a week in the cottage, had a lovely holiday. There is an additional charge for electricity which seems a bit strange. Cottage is rather cold as it doesn’t get much sunshine. Enjoyed the fishing in the lake, but lilies need removing . The grounds are kept really well. All in all a good holiday"

"Me and my fiance usually stay in seaton cottage but it was fully booked so stayed here for a week it was a good stay , it would just like seaton cottage benefit with a bigger TV and maybe better sofas and better water pressure in the shower otherwise it was a good stay we really liked the enclosed garden and the cosyness of the cottage"

"Beautiful grounds, peaceful and relaxing. All we needed in suite, which was clean and spacious.However;Sofa springs need repair.Bathroom could do with a shelf.Coat-hooks would be great."

"Yes, would rebook this. Settings are beautiful and tranquil. Accommodation was cosy and had good amenities. Do pack rackets or for the tennis court. Even fishing rods as lake is stunning. Bathroom plug needs a seal as you can’t keep water in sink. Kitchen tap needs a tightening. Note to future bookings. Make sure you read up on Electric and having to leave cash. Shops aren’t local for quick draw out of money. A card debit at reception would make it easier."
