General staff was very helpful and tried hard to help the guests but we were shocked to wake up to a woman screaming at the top of her lungs berating some poor fellow. "A pretty amazing place. Looks very luxurious, the restaurant and the meal was super fancy and yet very reasonably priced. We couldn’t understand why the place was mostly empty, but we stayed mid-week, and the place clearly caters to Italians (even the spa menu was only in Italian). The air-conditioning in the room was not very strong and very noisy, but otherwise very nice room. "

"Inizio col descrivere l'Hoste: persona gentile e molto disponibile. La struttura: centrale, sulla piazza di Laviano (borghetto piccolissimo e isolato), pulito, nuovo, munito di ogni comfort. E' presente uno spazio comune dove c'è una cucina fornita di tutto il necessario per la prima colazione e poi ci sono le singole stanze, ognuna con bagno privato. Per chi dovesse pernottare in questo paese la consiglio senza dubbio."
