Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits au Riad Balkiss! L’hergement est super bien positionné par rapport à la médinas, aux souk et aux lieux à visiter!! Les responsables de l’hébergement étaient tous super sympathiques! Rien à dire! Les chambres étaient biens, cependant l’unité de climatisation était dans mon unité coulait à flos. Ça rendait la chambre vraiment humide et me dérangeait durant la nuit! De plus des motos circulent la nuit dans la ruelle et ça pétarade fort!! Prévoyez des bouchons. Mais dans l’ensemble c’était très bien!

Chambre propre et grande avec beaucoup de rangement mais salle de bain plus petite qui mériterait une mise à niveau. Piscine vraiment petite et peu utilisable. Peu d’espace commun disponible, notamment terrasse en rénovation. Isolation des chambres, nous entendons les voisins et les bruits sur la terrasse rénovation. . L’emplacement est dans une petite ruelle très cachée, malheureusement la ruelle n’est pas nettoyée énormément de vidange et peu éclairée. Les déjeuners étaient décevants comparé au autres hébergement que nous avons fait. Chambre propre et personnel courtois

The location is perfect! About a 15 - 20 minute walk to Souk (Popular Shopping Area) and the Big Square (More shopping, restaurants, local entertainment, banks etc). If you’ve never been to Marrakech before, particularly Raid, the properties do not have much signage and the buildings all look the same. We were able to identify the property when we got to the location on Google Maps by a unique wooden door. Which would be extremely difficult to find especially if you’re checking in at night. Which was the case for us so we had to ask a few locals to help us. However, once you get through those doors you’ll love it! The aesthetics are just like the images, the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. They assisted us to navigate through the city, book tours, and get taxis. Would definitely recommend!

We had an exceptional stay at Riad Hamadane. The receptionist, Housne, was very kind. He arranged for our luggage to be carried through the old city alleys. He also provided great suggestions on where to go and what to eat. All the staff members at this riad were very kind. I definitely recommend this place.
