The apartment is laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, moka pot, electric kettle, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, sofa bed, and TV;

- BEDROOM 1 with a double bed and a closet;

- BEDROOM 2 with a double bed and a clothes rack;

- FULL BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, toilet, and bidet;

- GUEST BATHROOM with sink, toilet, and bidet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (split system in the living room), independent heating, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Siena Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.



Check-in will be via online self-check-in; and completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on how to retrieve the keys and gain access to the apartment.

Keys can be retrieved free of charge via the smart lock on-site.

In case of problems, telephone assistance will be available until 12:00 PM.



The property is located in the heart of Siena’s historic centre, in the Fontebranda district, within the Nobile Contrada dell’Oca. The name of the alley derives from the ancient medieval textile trade: here, cloth was hung out to dry on the “tiratoi” after fulling.

Nearby are the famous Fonte Branda, mentioned by Dante in the Divine Comedy, and the Sanctuary of Saint Catherine, built around the birthplace of Siena’s patron saint.

- From the Siena train station, the apartment is about a 10-minute bus ride away; take Line 0S3 and get off at the Curtatone stop, a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
