"All was well after we got in… a little stressed because the reception closed at 5pm and it was a last minute booking, with internet almost runnning out of juice. Beware that Maps sends you to the wrong street! But a call helped and a nice man showed up to get us in. We had problems connecting to the wifi - it never happened- and the shower turne scalding and won’t get cooler again for way too long. The place is lovely, very cozy, has great sunrise views ant the sea. There is a small balcony...

"Spacious rooms. Excellent buffet breakfast Sunbed to people ratio doesn’t seem to match especially if you went peak season. Drinks expensive in comparison to the rest of the hotels/ establishments however the backdrop from the roof is beautiful."

"I arrived may the 23th on the 24th I got robed from the room somebody rob dollars and euros I went to the police and made the complain,I spoke to the manager her name is Sandra she went to my room she searched every where because that’s part of the procedure then I spoke to the administrator his name is Hector and he told me something insane that’s nothing in the room is protected only if is in the safety box I asked him how come ? Well that’s what it is I want to know if any way I can get some of that money please fell free to call me and explain more about this at 516 4104594 and the phone was broken the AC bad the food all fry in the morning."

"The hotel was booked for the sole purpose of having a pool which ended up being unavailable for the entirety of the stay. Only once payment had been taken did the hotel staff inform me of the pool closure. Upon arrival, the room allocated was near the kitchen/cleaning staff area which was noisy at all hours. There was no hot water or a fully flushing toilet in the room and when reported to reception staff, they said they were aware of the issues within the room allocation but no reduction in price or room change was offered. They even stated maintenance would attend the room to fix the issues but this did not happen at all during the stay. No information regarding food availability was given, including breakfast timings or which restaurant was available for this. Very poor stay/experience. Not worth the money"
