"Kind knowledgeable staff. Perfect location. One minute walk to a beautiful beach. We had a wagon to put coolers chairs to go to the white sandy beach. Beautiful sunset saw manatee and dolphins right in front of us. Definitely be back."

"We had a great time staying in the property. A little bit of a hiccup getting in since the code provided was wrong and the office was closed, but the problem was resolved by the after hour service. The property is beautiful, and the pool was well utilized and enjoyed by everyone. Best of the 3 properties because there are a lot of shade from the sun with the tropical plants. Elevator was very helpful and I like the beach chairs and wagon included so all our needs were covered to enjoy the beach at sunset. Thank you!"

"I don’t even know how to express how awesome this property is. We are VRBO snobs and this property had everything and more! There were approx 12 beach chairs, a wagon, a beach dolly to take the chairs, baby flits, noodles, I can go on and on. The hosts did an amazing job and even offered a late checkout without us even asking. The outside area by the pool, bar, grill, putting area were all great! If we come back to siesta, this is where we will stay again!"

"This is a beautiful home in an amazing location. Short walk to the beach and all the bars and restaurants. We rented a golf cart for a day but quickly realized it wasn’t worth it as everything is so close. Bedrooms do vary greatly in size - there are a couple on the third floor that are very small but the other 4 are all a good size. Check in and out was very easy and convenient. Only real issue and nothing to do with the house or management were the Misquotes …. in July during our visit were pretty bad so I recommend bringing lots of spray and candles to keep the pool area usable. I would 100% stay here again "
