A luxurious dining area greets you as you enter, that flows through to the living room and out to the lanai.
The lanai works as an extended living space and offers views of the beautiful pond.
A fully remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and recessed lighting awaits you. This kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need; Keurig, toaster oven, Nutri Bullet to name a few.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a tub combo. The master bedroom offers a 32” Smart TV and full sliding glass door access to the lanai.
The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and full bath with a walk-in shower. This bedroom also offers sliding glass door for access to the lanai and is equipped with a 24” smart TV.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit. This unit is accessible by elevators and stairs.
Assigned covered parking located in the parking garage under the building.
Internet access, beach access, tennis courts and exercise facilities available, access to two swimming pools. No pets are permitted on the property.
