15 SS Cottage - Close to Beach and Village

Located directly across the street from Siesta Key Beach access 7 and only two blocks to the village! This adorable beach cottage has been newly furnished - island style and has a cozy home feel. There is a private outdoor patio, equipped with table and chairs with umbrella, a brand new gas grill, and a fire pit area to enjoy the evening breezes. Updated kitchen has full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker. The Living Room has a full size sleep sofa, LCD TV and wireless internet is provided. The Master bedroom has a King size bed with a LCD TV as well. There is also a stack-able washer/dryer available for your private use! The best feature is the location, directly across the street from the beach, and only 2 blocks to the Siesta Key Village and all it has to offer--Siesta Key Oyster Bar (SKOB), Daiquiri Deck, and of course, the Broken Egg. You can leave your worries and your car behind. One stay and you will never want to leave! It's that perfect! This cottage is pet friendly with a 45 lb weight limit.

Cozy Little Cottage

This cottage was perfectly placed in Siesta Key. A quick walk to the beach across the street and the village was just around the corner. We had a fun-filled week with all our activities within walking distance.

The cottage was super nice and exactly what was put in the listing. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach and maybe 5-10 min walk to the village. We definitely hope to visit again in the future.

So close to the beach and night life

Perfectly placed. Clean, new and easy access to everything fun!! Only thing...no laundry in the unit. Bring coins to use their laundry room on site. Less than 3 mins to beach and 5 mins to all the restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend

Loved everything about this property.

Great location! Everything was brand new. I was worried about renting because of the hurricane in 2024 but was pleasantly surprised at the fantastic condition of the property and amenities. I couldn't have been happier. The perfect weather also helped.

This cottage was clean and perfectly placed between the beach and village! We have been going to Siesta Key for the past five years and this was our favorite place! The unit was clean and very comfortable! We would definitely stay here again! The only drawback is that the unit no longer had a washer and dryer in the unit, but there was a washer/dryer a very short walk for a fee. Other than that, this was a perfect place to stay.

Amazing Cottage

The check in was confusing, as an email was sent saying we had to p/u key at management co. When all along we could have gone directly to the property. Honestly , it really didn’t take us out of the way at all, but thought u should mention.The property was fantastic, clean, close to everything. Our cottage was private, clean and quiet. Chairs, umbrella & towels available!Fun stay!

Cute cottage 1/2 block from the beach

We loved this little cottage. It was completely updated, had a nice deck with loungers and a table and chairs. Parking was right beside the cottage and offered a sense of security. The King bed and mattress were very comfortable. If it’s available, we’d love to stay there again

Our VRBO March 2025

We had a wonderful vacation in Siesta Key the first week in March 2025. The 1-bedroom cottage has ample space for two people with a warm and cozy feeling inside and a private deck outside surrounded by palm trees. Beach access is within a short walk from the house and to the village downtown. It wasn't advertised but two beach chairs and an umbrella were provided. You won't be disappointed if you choose 15 SS Cottage for your vacation.
