Located between the bay and the beach. Fishing pier with cleaning station, boat access and pier. Have a boat? Rent a boat? Our condo allows you to dock your boat right there on the premises during your stay! Located on the bay side of the island, easy access to the ocean on the boat or across the street by foot. Easy 2 minute walk.

This condo has access to a private beach, so you don’t have to worry about the crowds or the beaches closing during the COVID-19. This beach is open and NOT crowded like the public beaches! Digital lock box and no need to contact anyone for access, so you can easily maintain social distance.

Heated pool and brand new beautiful outdoor grill facilities by the Tiki hut, next to the pool and amazing Bay views. Just walk across Midnight Pass to private deeded beach access to beaches, ranked #1 in US. Just one mile from Siesta Village. Non-smoking. As little as 3 night minimum stay. This place is recently beautifully remodeled and very comfortable, you will feel like you are home. The nicest unit in this complex.

The unit is equipped with a very comfortable beach cart and beach chairs for easy transport to the beach. We also have a cooler. Beach towels also provided for your convenience.
