Picture yourself in this spacious townhouse on a canal! Enjoy the gorgeous views from the large glassed and screened lanai or the private open sundeck off the master. The newly furnished living room includes a leather sofa bed and a 46" Smart 3D TV with internet browser and a 3D blu-ray player for your entertainment pleasure. There's lots more room for entertaining in the large, bright dining room. In the all new kitchen you will find brand new stainless steel appliances. All living areas are ceramic tile. Both master suites are carpeted and include flat screen TV's. 1st Master suite offers a king bed, 2nd master suite offers 1 Double and 1 Twin bed. Other conveniences include washer and dryer in unit, 2 1/2 baths, and complimentary WIFI. There's also a bonus feature for boaters and fishermen---your own private boat dock! (small fee required) The only decision you'll have to make is beach or pool---both just a short walk away! Just bring your flip flops and enjoy--beach towels, chairs and umbrellas all provided!
