The gated property includes AC, heating, WiFi, washer/dryer, ironing board and iron, hair dryers, beach towels, chairs, coolers, towels, umbrella, fully equipped kitchen, tennis courts, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, fitness room, and a hot tub.
