This colorful, well-maintained condo has a new owner and fantastic updates throughout! Located closer to the Gulf than any other property on Siesta Key, you can hear the waves from your lanai and master bedroom while enjoying stunning sunset views. Recent upgrades include fresh interior paint, new Lazy-Boy furniture with a sleeper sofa featuring a Tempur-Pedic mattress, a 65" smart TV, California Closets in both bedrooms, and glass shower doors in both bathrooms. Updated photos are coming soon!

The unit is fully tiled and comfortably furnished, creating a relaxing beachfront retreat. Fish from the Gulf or from the boat docks—and if you have a boat, bring it along (trailer storage available nearby). Enjoy grilling with both gas and charcoal grills near the docks, unwind on the private beach area, or take advantage of the heated pool. A short boardwalk leads you straight to Turtle Beach.

Turtle Beach, on the quiet south end of Siesta Key, is known for excellent shelling and long walks in either direction. Fisherman’s Cove is uniquely situated between the turquoise waters of the Gulf of America and Blind Pass Lagoon, which connects to Little Sarasota Bay. Once you experience the peaceful charm of this location, we’re sure you’ll want to return again and again!

Great Condo and Complex!

My family and I loved the condo! Great layout with a view of the ocean and sunsets that can not be any better for the west coast of FL! Even the master bedroom has a view of the ocean. We had plenty of towels and the washer and dryer made it very convenient when we used them all up. Super comfortable for 5 and was not bad for 6 (we had 6 for a few days and then 5 the remainder of our stay). The property description did not explain it well, but there is a king in the master and a twin and full size in the 2nd bedroom (the reason 5 is so comfortable). Then there is a pull out sofa bed. The only complaint would be the 2nd bedroom TV……its dated and lower quality, but certainly not that big of a deal (that was not what we were there for). The check in and check out was easy. We lost a key and were somewhat frantic about it. The gentlemen at the office were super nice and told us not to let it impact our vacation and they would make a note if it and not charge us. That was SUPER appreciated. I would highly recommend staying I this complex and this specific condo. We had an awesome family Thanksgiving there!
