Jamaica Royale 060 Beautifully updated!

Renovated Interior and Updated Look Coming by June 2025

This beachy condo is on the inside esplanade green area. The bedroom a queen size bed, and the televisions in the bedroom and the living room are flat screen. The living room has a new sleeper sofa. Feel free to enjoy any of the 3 heated pools on the grounds, as well as the BBQ at beachside or community patio where there is plenty of seating for a family reunion. You can even play shuffleboard while grilling your dinner. Our community is only a short walk to Siesta Key Beach (1/4 mile) where you can play tennis, volleyball, take yoga classes, or visit the International Sand Sculpting Contest. This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request.
