This beautiful condo is on the ground floor, no steps, with a tropical enclosed lanai. It features 3 televisions, Tommy Bahama furnishings, a barbecue grill and high speed internet for those who prefer web-surfing to wave-surfing. The complex features a beautiful heated pool and is walking distance to a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. Linens and towels provided with beds made. This condo was across the street from the beach. We walked everywhere. The condo was clean, quiet, peaceful. The pool was clean. The beds were comfortable. The only problem we had was the key pad was a little difficult to get open. The owner's directions were excellent.

Perfect location for the beach

Grounds were kept very clean condo was clean beach chairs were a little old but served the purpose and the coffee pot needed to be cleaned kitchen was fully stocked and had everything for our needs. Would definitely stay again. Our host Donna was remarkable.

The home interior was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen contained everything needed to make stay enjoyable. I liked the location close to Crescent Beach access. I would stay there again. The only issue the internet access was not great, I used my hotspot. The owner was responsive to my request.

This was our first trip to Sarasota. Our accommodations were perfect. The condo was ideal for the 3 of us. Our daughter loved the pool and we all loved the closeness of the beach. The free trolley at the end of the driveway gave us a chance to sit back and enjoy the sights. Stores and restaurants are close by.I called Donna twice just for some information- my calls were promptly returned. We’d love to return.

Great condo near the beach!

The four of us enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed for a short trip to the beach. The beach is a bit farther away than I expected, you have to walk or drive about 5-6 blocks to public access points.

We stayed during the spring break season and had a nice time. Cozy condo overall, however we had a few critters during our stay. Nice heated pool, and condo was close to the beach! The condo had everything we needed, enjoyed the screened Lanai also.
