Nicely updated garden view condo on Gulf Side of Siesta Key

Spacious and very quiet 1st floor garden condo, 2nd unit from end with easy walking to pool and beach. Our convenient covered carport space is almost directly across from our door. Guests are provided with a key to our private outside storage shed where you will find beach toys, rafts, a wagon, etc. The Master Bedroom host a king bed while the guest bedroom has a convertible king bed which can be separated into two twin beds. If you prefer twin beds, please let office know before arrival. In the guest closet will also be a rollaway bed to sleep 5. Kitchen as been recently renovated with new appliances and a *really cool* recycled glass counter top. A stainless steel food prep area, washer and dryer and large pantry are a plus. I provide lots of pots and pans and small appliances, with all the conveniences of home. As I am able, I keep the kitchen well stocked with paper products, foil, plastics, laundry and dishwasher detergents, etc. so you can begin enjoying your vacation right away.

Great location in Siesta Key

Our 2 weeks stay in SK at this unit is our first family vacations and they will not be forgotten. The unit is well equipped with everything you need to cook and the BBQ is only steps away. Close to the bridge, grocery store and shopping centers.

Siesta Dunes Annual Trip

Siesta Dunes and the whole staff is absolutely amazing. Great location and the amenities are outstanding. We have been coming to Siesta minimum once a year for 20+ years. Siesta never disappoints. However, I’m very disappointed in the VRBO hosts communication. We never received our email for final payment and it took a week and a half with hours and hours on the phone with no results. The rental office at Siesta Dunes had to process our final payment to assure we didn’t have an issue when we arrived. I will not use VRBO for this property again.

Best condo on Siesta Key beach

My husband and I have been vacationing at Siesta Dunes for 5 years and it never gets old. Our condo is very nice. The bed in the master BR is the best! We like our garden unit as it's quiet and great for playing with the grandkids. Karen, the owner, is especially accommodating. We tried to use the hand mixer and it just about took my hand off; the switch was broken and it started spinning at high speed the minute it was plugged in. I reported it and received a brand new Kitchen Aid within a day. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Tobie is the best!! The grounds are beautiful, the pool absolutely heated and lovely, the hot tub relaxing, and the beach view breathtaking. We've made a lot of friends with each stay and see a lot of the same ones each year. You can't go wrong staying at this condo. We'll be back again next year!!

Excellent stay - great for kids!

We had an excellent week at Linda's condo! Siesta Dunes is in a great location and the condo is only a 5-7 minute walk to the beach. Even though it's by the main road, it's still very quiet. The condo has everything you would ever need with kids - we used the high chair, pack n play, bed rails, and tons of the toys in the shed. The sand toys and wagon were great! The kitchen is also fully equipped and don't really need anything but food. We'd highly recommend staying at this condo and will recommend it to others!

Awesome-- As ususal!

We have rented 8-102 from Karen for several years now and have watched our son grow up for a pre-schooler to a pre-teen at SKB. Karen's unit is tasteful, practical and clean. Never disappoints to rent from her. She has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We love sitting in the garden early in the morning with our coffee. The condo has a ton of natural light. The kitchen is well-appointed with everything you need to cook a great meal. The Siesta Dunes property is the nicest on island in our opinion. It is not a high rise and is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping - the staff always does an amazing job making sure the property is spotless. Just a short walk to the beach, it is a pleasant stroll taking only 3 minutes. The walk on the deck is wonderful - clean as a whistle and well lit at night! We love sitting on the huge deck in the evening sipping wine and watching the sunset. It is your private show! There are multiple grilling sites, again spotless and clean! The pool is wonderful also! Clean and wonderful. And the beach is magnificent - one of the lesser crowded spots compared to other resorts on the island. There is a club house to go in for a read in the air conditioning, or as we do - stop in after our night walk on the beach and play a game of chess. The staff is friendly, always saying hello as they make sure the grounds are very secure and safe for the guests. We love Karen's unit and we adore SKB!

Siesta Dunes - Wonderful!

The condo was fabulous, clean & very comfortable. There was nothing missing, and everything you could possibly want was provided. The area is wonderful and it is the perfect vacation spot! The complex is convenient to everything you need and very quiet. During our stay we especially enjoyed the location and we had absolutely no problems what so ever. We would strongly recommend this condo to anyone desiring a beach front location that has all of the amenities that you need for an excellent get away. Beautiful sunrises & sunsets! Can't wait to go back.

Clean, comfortable, quiet condo (if you don't mind a short walk to beach)

Our family of 4 was pleased with this condo. Decor was pleasant, beds reasonably comfortable, and amenities provided met our needs. Property location was on a nice beach which was not crowded and had soft sand. The unit itself was one of the farthest from the beach, but still just about a 5-7 minute walk. Grounds were nicely landscaped. Unit was one of the more reasonably priced for its location and amenities. Unit was as described in listing, and photos were accurate. If you come to the area, would highly recommend the Ringling Museum.

Great home away from home

This is the first time we have stayed at Siesta Dunes and this unit, it is a perfect spot. Has all the extras most rentals don't (eg: extra dish and laundry soap, spices; paper towels, etc). Plenty of extra towels for the condo and beach towels as well. Check out the locker it had a lot of goodies for the kids including a new Beach umbrella, (the one there got busted in a storm and we replaced it). The grounds as inviting to walk around at Siesta Dunes, and there is a Webber BBQ at the end of building 8 with a private table for eating. 5 min walk to the beach from condo. Would recommend the unit and location to anyone with children. Best place for kids... beach, pool and plenty of sunshine.

Thanks for the new beds!!

This was our third year in your condo and still as nice as ever. Was really excited to see the new mattress, was much for comfortable than before. Only downside is that we went to rebook and management told us that they can't take new reservations until the end of August. We stay with several other couples that are in the same building so I guess we will have to book a condo thru an actual owner. To bad because we loved staying in your place.

This is our 12th year staying at Siesta Dunes, and your condo was exceptional! As always, we love the office staff and your maintenance crew - they are hands down some of the most helpful and friendly people we have ever met! Your place was very well appointed, with comfortable furniture and beds. Loved the bathrooms, lots of room in closets and cabinets. We really appreciated the use of your storeage area by carport, and it was stocked with everything we needed for the beach. It was really nice being able to contact you with the A/C minor issue, and we so appreciated the fact that maintenance took care of it right away. THis is one of the reasons we will always continue to vacation at Siesta Dunes. In all of the years we have been staying at Siesta Dunes and in the many different condos we've rented, your condo was "hands down" one of the nicest we've stayed in. Thank you for sharing it with us. We look forward to next year:)

Coming Back For a Third Time

We love Karen's property in Siesta Dunes. Our third stay is upcoming and we will know we will have a condo that is clean, enjoyable, and has everything to suit our needs. Her location is private and quiet, and a very short walk to the beach. Our son loves the toys and loot in the storage area. Siesta Dunes is the perfect complex and in our opinion, the very best in SK. It is far away from the busy public beach and offers beautiful sunsets and amazing property, pool, BBQ, and lounge areas! Our son loves the little paths you travel around the property. The staff are friendly and accessible and the pool is amazing. We cannot say enough good things about this condo and property! Obviously...we are coming back a third time!

Everything you'll ever need in a condo rental! Down to grilling supplies, drying rack for swimsuits, beach chairs, laundry detergent, the list goes on. Free wifi internet and in-unit laundry facilities are great pluses. Impeccably maintained property, great owner, security and office staff. All our interactions/correspondence have been addressed in a timely manner. Walk to the beach (without having to cross any streets) which is the best sand and crystal clear water I've ever seen in the US. Perfect for our party including a toddler and a pregnant woman. We'll definitely plan on coming back.
