The beach is only a short walk away, and there is a Free Siesta Key Trolley to travel around the Island, just call and he will pick you up at the resort. Bikes can be rented locally and will be dropped off at your door for when you arrive. Lots of local restaurants with delivery to your door.

Perfect Getaway

We are a repeat guest and this cottage was the perfect set-up for me & my wife while on "fall break"! Quiet, peacefull, and equiped with everything needed to make our trip enjoyable. Easy walk to several great restaurants and stores! Will definitely be back next year!

Great place

It was a great location, very clean. Couple minute walk to the beach. No need for a car everything is close by or just get on the free trolley or Frog hop. Owner was amazing, our flight was canceled so we called him, he worked with us to have a place to stay at his other locations which were also very nice. Loved the pools!!

The villa was spacious, clean, and quiet. We enjoyed the location, about 120 yards from the beautiful beach. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops and also had the choice of taking the free trolley available to the public.

Long weekend

Came back to same place for a long weekend. Enjoyed our stay. Only thing that would’ve made it better would be a ceiling fan. Thanks again! Hope to stay again in the future.

Gorgeous place and location

The rental was gorgeous and location was great... really much closer to the beach than we thought it would be. The large tvs were a bonus. Plenty of room to spread out. Bed was comfortable too! Loved the pool especially when the ocean waters were too wild. Location was close to stores and restaurants nearby as well! We will be back!!

Pretty Cottage

Location was great. Our hosts were very helpful. Walk to the beach was short. Only one neighbor was rude and didn’t park in his spot which made it difficult to get in and out.

Cold have been better

The room needs a lot more cleaning I would say checked in some kind of bugs on the wall and around the door frame needs to get better pillows mattress towels bad smell in the room when we checked in

Save your dollars and go somewhere else. Online photos deceiving as upon arrival and closer inspection, the place is worn. There is no water pressure for bathroom shower/sink. AC filthy!! Owner should have corrected these items before we arrived. For the amount of money we spent, totally disappointed!

Fantastic time!

We stayed here for a little getaway and loved our time here. David is a great host and let us know our room was ready earlier than expected for check in. It’s self check in through provided code and worked every time. We had free parking right outside our villa which was also really nice (provided through your stay). I’m always concerned about AC units working especially in the summer but there wasn’t any reason to worry, they both worked very well! Towels and toiletries provided and dishware too. All you have to do before check out is wash any used dishes and take out the trash- super easy process! The king size mattress is spacious and comfortable - it is on the firm side but not uncomfortable in the slightest, we both slept well and it was appreciated for two side sleepers. It truly is a short walk to the beach, took all of 2 mins at most and it’s beautiful! The property had beach chairs and other items to take but we just took ourselves! The pool was great too, right outside the villa and well maintained and clean. It’s about a 10 min drive to the restaurants but not difficult to get to at all (just plan for paid parking through QR code/mobile). We drove down to Manasota Key one day (45 mins south) and enjoyed our time at that beach as well (incredibly blue water and not as crowded.) Truly the best time was had to relax on our last trip as the two of us before we welcome our first baby. So thankful for our time there!

Quiet and cute efficiency villa

This little villa was spacious for 2 people and had everything we needed. A short walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood, each villa is private with separate patios and a community pool and laundry. Well designed in a great location, away from crowds!
