Welcome to The Sunny Side — your happy place on the Key! Kick off your shoes, grab a beach towel, and start living on island time. Our cozy, freshly renovated condo is all about easy breezy vacation days and making family memories. Located right on the trolley route, you can ride up and down Siesta Key from Turtle Beach to the lively North Village — no car needed! It’s just a 5–10 minute stroll to the sparkling beach or the laid-back South Village with its great shops and restaurants.
