"Great staff. The hotel is a little dated.The towels were not great. The bathroom was small. Maybe it was just our room level. Cheaper food outside the property. The laundry service was too expensive but the house keeper manager showed me to a washer and dryer. The dryer didn't heat. I ended up using the hair dryer to dry my clothes. Over not bad for the money"

"The location is great, it is really in the center of the Old Town, the windows overlooking the central square. Everything is withing walking distance, including the train station. The place is extremely clean and beautiful. Management can't be more helpful, I missed the critical message about the check in, but Laura helped us out and was wonderful. We will stay there away in a heart beat."

"We liked our stay because of the location of the hotel and the caffe place next to it. My family loved this hotel overall but the value for the money was not great. When we got there after 4pm our room was not ready for another 20mins which was super inconvenient after long flights for over 20hrs. The sofa bed for our daughter after it was set up barely fit to the point where we couldn’t even get around it walking back to the front door. We also were missing sheets for that sofa bed so we had to wait again for them to be delivered before she could take a nap. Hard to find any extra wall outlets to charge your phone too. Otherwise the hotel is super cool, clean and comfortable. The cafe place next to it is excellent too with great breakfast, food and coffee. We would not pay 600$ per night again but overall it was very nice to be walking 2-3 mins distance from all the restaurants and old town."
