Staff replaced towels daily and made beds neatly. Very quiet despite ground level room next to road + hospital. Bathroom could get quite hot/humid due to no fan but dried quickly. No kettle meant we couldn't make drinks. One reading light didn't turn on. A ~20 minute walk to the city centre was quite long at the height...
