"Had to cancel trip due to national warning against travel to Turkey due to conflict in Middle East. A missile was shot down by NATO over Turkey the same day as our travel. I requested the hotel to defer my reservation or give me credit for later travel in Summer / after the conflict is over. They showed me hotel non refundable policy. Conflict and bombs were not in my control and a good hotel that cares about it customers would have accommodated. All other hotels in Turkey were able to accommodate and give me a refund even though reservations were non refundable. Very disappointed with attitude and will never go there or recommend it to anyone"

"My experience at Mövenpick Marmara in Turkey was truly wonderful. I spent five nights there, and from the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm and exceptional. The staff are incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help. The beautiful surroundings, and peaceful atmosphere make the entire place feel special. Honestly, the environment alone makes you feel better instantly, and a sense of relief and freedom, almost as if my illness had lifted simply because of the calm and beautiful setting. I had a sea view room which was stunning, quiet, and very relaxing. Even the view of the main road in the morning was a pleasant sight to wake up to. I stayed in the Executive Suite with a kitchenette, and it was extremely spacious and well equipped. Everything you need is already in the room, and if you ask for anything, the staff bring it right away. They also refill the water and tea supplies regularly. The hotel also has a play area for kids, which makes it great for families. Their buffet breakfast is amazing with many fresh options prepared daily, and the chefs and service team are truly top-notch. Another thing I appreciated is that all prices are listed in Turkish lira, and you can pay either in lira or with your bank card, which keeps everything simple and transparent. I highly recommend Mövenpick Marmara to anyone visiting Turkey, whether for tourism or surgery recovery. The Executive Suite is also perfect for families or friends, comfortably accommodating three to four"

"Everything was great with very professional staff! The only remark: In my room the matelas was too soft. In America the quality of the matelas is very important to get a good sleep over night. I try to changed the room, but the maid she say to me they are all the same! "

"Nuestra Habitación era pequeña pero para dos noches está bien.Limpieza bien ,cama cómoda. Trabajadores super amables.Lo que necesite me lo solucionaron enseguida .Cafe o te gratis todo el día . En el area donde está el hotel Muchos comercios donde comprar ropa, zapatos etc..realmente barato ,restaurants donde se come muy bien y barberías, abiertos hasta tarde.Enfrente del hotel hay una pequeña tienda abierta hasta tarde donde venden un poco de todo comestibles ,agua ,zumos refrescos,cosas de aseo...Aunque el area no se ve bonita es seguro andar por allí incluso tarde.No hay problema"
