"Very friendly check in by Kevin, the proprietor. We had a ground floor room with countryside views which were lovely. It was so peaceful! The room was comfortable, well furnished and equipped to a good standard. Breakfast cooked by Kevin was excellent with generous, well cooked portions. The property is well placed to explore Lynton and a car is essential.Lynmouth but the information provided by Expedia is incorrect when it states that it’s only a seven minute walk to Lynton‘s cliff railway. The Exmoor Hotel is nearly three miles from Lynton."

"I needed a one night stay and this was ideal. The room was clean, the location a short stroll from the harbour area and parking a few yards away at reasonable cost. Full English Breakfast was just the job and set me up for the day!"

"The three of us stayed in The Loft. We didn't want for anything and were very comfortable in this accommodation. The location is very convenient for all the main walks and shops, and also for getting into Lynmouth. Linda was easy to contact for any questions and she was always really helpful. We hope to stay in The Loft again and can definitely recommend it as a great, comfortable base."

"The flat offers great views of the sea but that is the only positive thing about it. It's tired, full of useless trinkets and furniture, the musty smell is everywhere and it's freezing cold this time of the year. To top it all, you have to pay for your own electricity which is not made clear in the particulars invluding the convectors heaters that use up a lot of electricity. I would not choose it again!"
