The check-in process is extremely slow and time consuming. The staff at the front desk is quite rude and arrogant. We had 3 rooms booked at Hilton but we got 2 at Hilton and 1 room at Comcorde, even despite requesting to put us all together we were a big group. There is no coffee maker in the room and the amenities are very basic. At checkout our invoice had multiple unexplainable charges which when we raised concerns were just told that this is the usual way. We had $100 drinks and $50 food voucher but still everything was double billed to our room invoices. Except for their name there is nothing fancy about this property.
