I was highly stressed out (traveling with an elderly), I made a mistake of thinking I’ve lost a purse in the lobby (found it hidden under the bed where I looked several times) and the response by the staff was highly professional, kind and friendly. They calmed my nerves. Just genuinely nice and kind people. Thank you 🙏 "

"5 mins walk from the train station and UBahn lines for easy transportation around the city. Hotel was clean, easy check in, roof top bar was good, breakfast was OK, but I wouldn’t pay for it, this was included in our Expedia cost but probably would opt out next time. The breakfast area was very crowded, could have done with a better coffee area as that was crowded with only 2. Overall, I would stay there again, the view from our 8th floor was amazing through the round window and overlooking the city side."

"Great hotel. Front of house staff excellent. Great location near Belvedere and 1 minute walk from underground station, #7 circular tram stops outside. Perfect. One niggle was the cleaner. Asked for tea and coffee only, no need to clean, got towels. Next day during clean they removed the wine glasses which were part of the room's bar equipment. "

"Bland immediate neighborhood but we loved the proximity to Belvedere Palace and the train station. 72 hour transit passes allowed us to move quickly and easily around Vienna. Hotel itself was great."

"It is a very nice hotel facing the Danube river. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. We especially like the breakfast which is super fresh with different varieties to choose from. One of the best breakfast we would recommend."

"Close to main station and other public transport, it ticks all what we required from our stay in Vienna, this was our 4th stay here and suits our needs, an equipped galley kitchen, comfy bed and a good shower, everything is clean and tidy and some basic cleaning supplys are there to aid you, if you like a bit of independence from something other than a bland hotel room this might suit you."
