"To start with they didn't acceprt a Discover card. The mgmnt. said it was VRBO VRBO said it was mgmnt. Then when we arrived the door code did not work but they did answer the phone and resolved the issue quickly so kudos for that. Overall the Mgmnt. company handled their business good. Now the property side of things. The Fireplace that was listed in the amenities was boarded over so unusable. The outside area was decent but definately aged. The upper deck and sitting area were nice except for the fact that about 5 feet fronm you were the neighbors and constant people talking and carrying on with noise.Not private at all. The view was ok if you sat back far enough to not see the hjouses in front of you. Some lights did not work in the outside area. In the house now. It was very clean just dated doors going out the back were old and did not always shut without some work. Back entrane was very low if your 6' or above duck is all I can say. The ceiling fan in the living room we were unable to use. According to property mgmnt someone lost the remote. The A/C was ok but definitely not great, one room would be hot other cold. The best part about the house was the location for us. But I would not pay that price again unless they do some work on things around the house and outside area."
