"Only stayed for one night & wish I could have stayed for longer. Staff were lovely, bed super comfy, location is ideal for hikes/cycling - the complimentary bikes is such a wonderful idea. Would love to come back and stay for a lot longer!"

"The property is located a block off Colorado Avenue in Old Colorado City. Its location is excellent. It’s well maintained and slept our family of four comfortably. "
"The house is updated nicely, well-stocked, clean, and a convenient walk to shopping and restaurants, as well as being a short drive to other local attractions, but there were some issues (game room inaccessible the first day, a bed directly in front of a window A/C, lack of headboards, no propane in fire table, live mice in house, unclear instructions for gate access). Overall, our stay was fine, but I would recommend the owner address these items."
"The property was PERFECT! It had TONS of space and the AC worked amazing during the hot summer. Everything was clean and there were lots of amenities. The property manager was VERY responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend and the stay made the trip perfect! It was very close to everything and with easy access."
"I really liked the location. I could walk to shopping and it was extremely close drive to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs and downtown. Very convenient!! The bed was comfortable and though compact the trolley was enjoyable. My one main complaint is there is no dresser for clothes storage. We had to keep everything in our suitcase instead. I did mention this to the owner. I am hoping she changes this. If that was done, I would definitely stay here again."

"Beautifully decorated- only complaint i have is the mattress /pillows were not comfortable to me. The shower was great, all of the accommodations -fan, well lit, towels, mirrors, shower temp/all clean and nice! Clean!! Thank you so much. "

"Totally enjoyed our stay. The home is convenient to hiking and white water rafting. It was very close to Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs which have quaint little shops. quiet neighborhood, Comfortable beds, and sufficiently stocked kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Correspondence with the owner was timely. Cant say enough good things about the home. would definitely stay again."
