"We checked in late, around 2130, check in was very easy and provided us food before the bistro closed in the hotel at 2200. Rooms were comfortable and clean. "Arrival at property did not like the fact that there is no bathroom in the bedroom . Bathroom was down stairs and you can smell urine it so bad urine burnt my eyes. It was not conducive for my family . We left and send an email to customer care which was provided and no one provide a follow up email or phone call "

"The room was ok, but nothing special. The view was not that nice. The staff in the reception and in the restaurant, were incredible. So service minded, helpful and nice. That was really the highlight of my stay!"
