Casa comodissima e panorama unico

Abbiamo già soggiornato in questo appartamento ed abbiamo ritrovato la stessa pulizia, le stesse comodità e la gentilezza del nostro host Signor Melis. Ed in più anche un condizionatore che ha alleviato i momenti più caldi della giornata.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist perfekt! Mitten in einem schönen kleinen Ort und zugleich fußläufig zu einem wunderschönen Strand. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Leute optimal geeignet, zu dritt wäre sie mir zu eng. Der Balkon ist groß genug und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Die Wohnung hat zwar keine Klimaanlage, aber wenn man auf Durchzug lüftet, war es uns nachts nicht zu heiß. Was uns ein wenig zu viel war, waren die vielen Festtage während unseres Aufenthalts. An 4 von 7 Tagen waren an der Promenade Stände mit Musik aufgebaut (Ende Juli). Also wer mit Lärm empfindlich ist, sollte vorher die Festtermine klären. WLAN gibt es zwar keines, man hat in der Wohnung aber sehr guten Mobilfunkempfang (5G). Die Wendeltreppe zur Wohnung ist wirklich relativ schmal. Für Leute mit Gehproblemen ist sie nicht zu empfehlen. Vielleicht auch noch erwähnenswert: Wir haben nicht eine einzige Stechmücke gesehen oder in der Wohnung gehabt. Es gibt zwar keine Fliegengitter, aber in der Region wurden wohl Maßnahmen gegen Mücken ergriffen. Vielen Dank auch noch mal an Maurizio für den netten, unkomplizierten Empfang und die Verabschiedung.

Rundum zufrieden

An sich kann man nur sagen...der Aufenthalt war gefühlt zu kurz.Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Vermieter ein überaus freundlicher und immer bemühter Mann. Bei Problemen...oder Fragen immer erreichbar ..gut.. wir hatten mit der Wohnung keine Probleme.Sie ist sehr sauber, voll ausgerüstet super Lage..einfach Klasse.Sehr gerne wieder!

Ottimo soggiorno

È stato un soggiorno piacevolissimo durato, ahimè, troppo poco. Abbiamo avuto a disposizione una casetta pulitissima e organizzata, con un affaccio strepitoso sul mare nonché sulla torre di Santa Lucia. Il Signor Melis è un signore in tutti i sensi, e con la sua cortesia ed affabilità ci ha conquistati, omaggiandoci anche con un vassoio di squisiti dolcetti locali . Consigliamo caldamente questa sistemazione a chi vuole poter raggiungere una magnifica spiaggia a piedi, pur rimanendo nel centro di questo graziosissimo borgo.

einfach aber oho

das Apartment in Santa Lucia punktet mit einem tollen Balkon mit Blick auf die Kirche, den alten Wehrturm und das Meer. Für 2-3 Leute hat es eine angenehme Größe und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für das tägliche Leben so braucht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Fantasic location near the beach

We loved our stay in Santa Lucia, the apartment is in a perfect location, just a 5 minute walk from the fantastic La Caletta beach. There are a number of cafes and restaurants nearby serving great food. The apartment is spacious and clean with a lovely balcony, the neighbours were really welcoming and friendly too. We stayed in August so some aircon would have been welcome at night but we survived with a room fan, maybe next time we will stay in a slightly cooler month. Grazie Maurizio!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit wunderbarer Aussicht

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, mitten im kleinen Dorf Santa Lucia direkt am Meer. Wir haben den Ausblick von der Terrasse genossen. Maurizio ist ein sehr freundlicher und sympathischer Vermieter, der uns viele nützliche Informationen gegeben hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt.

Maurizio ci ha accolto nella propria casa dandoci il benvenuto con un graditissimo omaggio. È stato molto attento a darci tutte le informazioni necessarie per la nostra permanenza. L’abitazione è davvero ben curata, areata e luminosa ed il vero fiore all’occhiello è la presenza del balconcino in cui abbiamo fatto tutti i nostri pasti godendo della vista sulla piazzetta da cui si vede la torre di Santa Lucia e parte del mare dietro. Dall’ abitazione tutto è raggiungibile a piedi, market, ristoranti, mare. Veramente consigliato.

Vacanza piacevolissima

Maurizio è gentilissimo e molto professionale. Casa molto ben pulita, ordinata e con tutto il necessario per viverci comodamente, vista compresa! Infatti, come da foto, dà sulla piazzetta del paese da dove si vede la torre ed il mare. Comodo parcheggio, almeno nel nostro periodo di fine agosto. Casa fresca anche se all'ultimo piano. Alla scala a chiocciola ci si abitua facilmente anche con i miei 70 anni! Alla prossima!

Spettacolare

Il proprietario è molto accogliente, assolutamente non invadente. Estrema disponibilità a orari flessibili di check-in e check-out. La posizione dell’appartamento è perfetta. Si gode di una vista mozzafiato sul mare e sulla piazza principale della località. Santa Lucia è un piccolo villaggio di pescatori con tutti i confort, alimentari, ristoranti, bar, centro per attività sportive marittime. La spiaggia è bianca e il mare è attrezzato, per chi lo desidera, ma ha anche chilometri di spiaggia libera. L’acqua ha il colore tipico del famosa e poco distante Costa Smeralda. L’interno dell’appartamento è confortevole e praticamente nuovo. Ben organizzato. Pulito perfettamente. A due passi dalle altre più famose spiagge della Sardegna come Budoni, San Teodoro, Berchida, l’Oasi Bidderosa, Cala Gonone. Dal porto della Caletta partono le gite in barca e gommone e la sera si possino trovare locali per ragazzi. Super consigliato!

Delizioso attichetto vista mare!

L'appartamento è un delizioso attico fornito di tutti i comfort con terrazza con vista panoramica sulla piazzetta di Santa Lucia, con un mare bellissimo sullo sfondo di una torre antica. Comodo bilocale per 3-4 persone. Posizione strategica per raggiungere comodamente a piedi una lunga spiaggia di sabbia bianca ed è vicino in macchina ad altre famose spiagge del Golfo di Orosei. Il proprietario è stato molto cordiale e preciso sia all'accoglienza che al checkout. Consigliatissimo per coppie e famiglie.
