"There is no staff on property and this made the process difficult and uneasy for me especially when dealing with it in a foreign country. The listing is below an apartment and it can get very loud because you can hear people walking and talking. The location is in the center, just a 2-min walk to it. Parking was also not bad, you just have to know where to park and they remove resident restricted parking areas in the night. "Place was okGreat location to all the sights, Tuk-Tuk available right across the street to get to all the places worth seeing. 10 euro per person, well worth it in our opinion Room was acceptable at best. No frills at all. Very small. Location couldn’t have been better though, so we were only in room to sleep basically. Reminds me of a private room in a hostel from my earlier days of travel. Overall it worked for us but wouldn’t stay there again"

"What a beautiful little place. I had read about how difficult parking is in Sintra. We pulled up in front of the hotel where there were four spots sanctioned off. We were told it's OK to park there over night. The hotel was quaint, clean and the staff was beyond hospitable. This hotel is centrally located and you couldn't ask for a better place to stay. "
