Beautiful location, very high class hotel, the staff is very friendly, amazing view. The only problem is that they dont have a lift

The entire staff made my stay in Sintra at Chalet Saudade even better. Especially Filipa, she was so helpful and cheerful my entire stay. The Chalet is beautiful unique. Location is excellent and a parking lot is nearby, in walking distance.

The property is beautiful. View of castle walls from the back garden as well as Palace are breathtaking. It's spotlessly clean with a stylish decor... Our room/suite was a garden view. The website pictures don't do it justice. Room was larger than expected, and so many lovely touches. Couldn't have asked for more in terms of decor & comfort The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Had a real passion about Sintra and its history. Gave us so many tips for planning the day, we're to eat...

Relatively last minute booking. Had a lovely stay. The location is excellent and hotel very nicely decorated. However it’s the staff that made the stay special, from the first phone call to checkout.

Great experience. Hotel desk clerks were very helpful from directions to dining to parking and helpful hints on navigating the village.

Beautiful guest home and very friendly staff. Highly recommend.
