"This place is immaculate. The host is genuine and so kind. Very peaceful and calm during the night. And free to enter and exit as you please. The living room and kitchen are super welcoming and spacious for everyone—you're free to use the kitchen like it's your own, and there's plenty of room to hang out. It's a 30minute walk to Cascais which is an enjoyable one. Or quick 5 minute drive. I love this place. And will be staying here in the future. Obrigado Senhora Maria"

"The property is amazing. A little oasis just off the street from the busy streets of Sintra. Booked a down stairs apartment that opens up to the beautiful gardens. So unexpected in such a busy location. Being able to walk through the streets to the cafes, restaurants, shops and tourist attractions was a highlight. Reading through the reviews I noted that some people commented about how difficult it was to find the property and our taxi driver got lost but he was able to call the property managers and we were able to locate. Communication with the property managers regarding check in was easy. Would love to visit again one day!!!"

"Loved our stay. Beautiful room, with balcony and mountains view. Be aware, if you have big luggage, they have a few stairs to go up if you booked a room on the second floor. The rest was perfect, location, plenty of restaurants near by, bars, the weather was perfect. Only down side, some people were a bit dirty, leaving the bathroom dirty BUT the staff took well care of cleaning everyday. Staff was very helpful. When we arrived, they had a breakdown with the wifi for two days but they corrected it as soon as possible. Loved our stay, strongly recommend!"

"We had a lovely stay at Barca Charm House! Sandra was in touch before we arrived, and was there with a very warm welcome at check in. She was very communicative and made sure we had a lovely stay. The location is ideal - easy access to the coast, Sintra, Cascais and easy to get into Lisbon. The house was able to easily accommodate 6 adults and 2 kids. Having the outdoor seating area was lovely - especially for morning breakfast. Would happily stay again!"
