"Hotel has on its website they have air conditioning however it’s misleading since it’s only seasonal. Room was very hot and they don’t encourage you to open the windows because of insects flying in."

"Everything about this hotel was superb. The room was nice with a balcony looking towards Lake Garda. We had clean towels every day and fresh bedding after two days. There was a good choice of food at breakfast and you could have extra cooked breakfast for a small charge. The staff everywhere were really pleasant and friendly, always smiling. We didn't use the Spa but got towels from the Spa for the outdoor pool. It was only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Sirmione where you could visit the castle or take a boat or ferry on the lake."

"We loved the whole vibe of Hotel Sirmione Terme. It was in an excellent spot, just inside the castle area but not in the middle of the really busy streets. The staff were excellent, apart from one elderly waiter on the special music night who was very rude, brought us the wrong water ( sparkling rather than still) and then proceeded to ignore us for half an hour even though I'd tried to ask him for a wine recommendation - we got up & walked out sadly. The rest of the bar & restaurant staff were friendly and helpful all of the rest of the time. The rooms were spacious - we were travelling with a wheelchair so this was a necessity. The bathroom was well equipped but the shower was a tad small to manoeuvre in. The spa area was lovely. On the whole a great choice. That said, there are virtually no wheelchair accessible taxis in this area so bear that in mind!"

"Fantastic breakfast, great variety and quality. Very quiet to sleep, excellence rest. They give bicycles to reach town centre, which is an excellent idea. I will definitely return for longer!"

"We showed up and no sheets were on our bed and we had no towels. They said that this isn't a hotel but it's a village! I guess that means you get nothing and pay extra for everything. They charge for linen, towels and even wifi. Plus a very high cleaning fee (even though we literally stayed there for less then 12 hours). I felt scammed staying here and will take this up with hotels.com to be more clear with places like this. For the price I ended up paying (an extra nearly 100 euros) I could've stayed somewhere nicer for less $$$. Very disappointed "

"Amazing property, feel royal in a small yet picturesque town of Sirmione."

"The staff were extremely nice and wonderful. They were available all day until 11pm to answer questions. Staff is very knowledgeable on tourism to different towns on Lake Garda. Hotel is close to the town but also on the quieter side of Sirmione, giving us access to both peaceful part of town but also busier part of town. Room was cleaned timely and very thoroughly. I loved that our receptionist would say “buongiorno” every morning and “ciao” to greet us. Staff made hotel feel like home. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel in future."
