"New room"

"Fantastic hotel with lots of parking and even has a free shuttle bus to the Gardaland theme park. Room was very clean and recently refurbished/decorated. Room also had a balcony which we were not expecting. Only issues i found was the doors and walls are not very well sound proofed so if you visit when kids are off school then the is lots of noise in the evening and morning from other rooms and the other issue was the hair dryer was not working."

"Lake Garda is a stunning place and we were delighted with Grand Hotel Terme as our choice of accommodation. The location is fantastic. There is plenty to explore on the peninsula and it is easy to get out on the water by boat. The hotel itself has amazing views of the castle and the lake. We stayed in one of the suites which was generous in size, clean and had a great balcony. The staff were all super helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and the service was on point. We ate at the restaurant one evening and were impressed with our meal. The breakfast buffet offered a wide choice of food. We would thoroughly recommend."

"The view from our balcony was stunning and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Superb breakfast, a variety to choose from but sadly no restaurant for dinner. The swimming area was nice but the water was very cold but not so the lake the water was lovely and warm. "

"Great stay! Great pool as well & the breakfast and room were both excellent. Only thing being I couldnt get the shower to go hot it was luke warm. Apart from that it was great!"

"We only slept here for a handful of hours before a very early flight but we were both very impressed and it will likely be our go to hotel flying out of Verona from here on out. Staff was awesome, they helped us book an early taxi and even made us little to go breakfast bags. My only feedback would be two extra bed pillows but everything else was perfect! Thank you so much. "
