The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 60 m² air-conditioned apartment for rent in Six-Fours-les-Plages, 300 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fiber optic) included, we're waiting for you!

The apartment comprises
- 20 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: One queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: Two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed (180x200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A 7 m² east-facing balcony with furniture, ideal for sunny meals.

The apartment is ideally located 300 m from the center of Sanary in Six-Fours-les-Plages, in a very quiet and pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private parking lot. Paid public parking lots are also available just a 5-minute walk away.
