"This is the best apartment we have ever stayed in and we have been going to Whitby for 35 years !! Everything was perfect it had a super king bed , extra large fluffy bath towels , top end fixtures and fittings, everything felt so luxurious, it was spotlessly clean and had its own secure parking space !! "Great location and property fitted out nicely. There were some areas that could be improved however. The entrance had quite a few weeds around and the door key was very stiff to insert/remove. The entrance stair carpet was very grubby and a bit smelly but that didnt carry on into the property. The inside appeared at first to be clean but there was lots of dust on artificial plants and the living room window frame. The windows themselves were also very dirty. Some extras that would be nice...

"The room was better than advertised as the bathroom was upgraded from the picture when booking. We paid for a sea view, scaffolding did obscure it a little but we could still see the sea. A light above the bathroom mirror would be good as the only light was above and shadowed your face. All staff we came across were lovely and helpful. Maybe a seperate range of lite bites in the bar would be nice. Parking was very good around the hotel as it is free Nov-March!"
