We stayed in a deluxe double room very clean big enough for 2 staff very nice but not much interaction with them room only so didn't have food there but people said it was really nice. Bar was nice and clean plenty of staff very eager to serve .we stayed 2 nights whitby really nice it was pirate weekend very busy

Room was nice, staff very friendly. Not happy with the availability of the electric car chargers, because spaces were included in the pre booking spaces, there was no availability for other guests with electric cars to charge their cars. Thought it was a selfish attitude that these were only available if pre-booked. Everything else was lovely, we enjoyed our stay Thank you.
