"Great breakfast, room was good, but found some dirty pillows. Rooms are not soundproof so you will hear everything from next rooms or from upstairs. You're not allowed to buy food from outside and dinners but expensive."

The hotel is clean and well-maintained with helpful staff and a very welcome health spa with jetted pool, sauna and steam room. The location on a beautiful lake opposite the historic William Wordsworth Dove Cottage really could not be more ideal. A five star experience: we extended our stay due to the excellence of the hotel and it's ideal location."
