"Dirty room. People outside front door entrance sitting on cement area smoking and drinking beer. Uncomfortable to go by them. Toilet leaked breakfast was a joke. Some muffins and coffee Staff was responsive to request for towels and pots to cook with and utensils."

Breakfast was fresh and had a lot of options including vegetarian. Parking was close by and checking in/out was easy. I got a great recommendation for a cafe (La Greeka) in Lawrence from the front of house staff. "
