"Super cozy with special touches in books and decor. Great condition, kitchen is very well equipped and bathrooms were updated clean and even had little toiletry items in case those were forgotten.Check in was a breeze and host was super responsive yet gave us our space. "

We would highly recommend this rental and the space looked like the photos provided.This rental is a second floor apartment in a historic (late 1800’s) house that has been converted into rental units. The apartment was sparkling clean, and the bedrooms were quite large. We stayed in winter, so we didn’t use the outdoor facilities. The stairs to the apartment are indoors (which was fantastic when the weather turned snowy.)Our favorite space was the dining room in the morning. It was bright and filled with the morning light . It was the perfect place to enjoy our morning cup of tea. BTW an electric kettle in the kitchen made it a snap to make our tea.Our group found both beds comfortable and each bedroom as well as the living room had large tv’s installed. It seems the decor is a minimalistic look, so there are not a lot of comfort or extra items around the apartment for guest use (eg:condiments, spices or extra cooking ingredients like oil or flour & sugar, or oven/baking pans, mixing bowls, k-cups for the coffee maker, shampoo, and tissues were not provided, so bring your own extras to make your stay comfortable. A 4 piece place setting (except only 3 mugs) of tableware and flatware is provided. "

"The big issue was the listing, which said it could sleep 4 and that it had 2 bedrooms. It cannot and does not. It had one bedroom with one bed, and a 2nd room with chairs in it. Upon complaint, the owner acknowledged the error, informed us that there were air mattresses in the closet, and refunded us one night's stay. It was labor day and there was nowhere else to go, so we made do. The listing has been corrected now, and I can say that otherwise it's a nice place, fully equipped (although oddly lacking a knife), clean and functional. "
