We rented this property for 1 wk, so were disappointed that there was no shampoo, we were unable to access conditioner & bath soap as the dispensers were dried. Ran out of kleenex. Kitchenette is quite small-the sink is bar size, adequate microwave but no stove or hot plate to do even simple cooking. Most of the cabinets were locked so storage was minimal. Too many pillows to deal with. Consider putting the beds on risers to allow for extra...

"When we arrived late due to cancellations of flights and pulled back the covers of the bed, you could tell the sheets were NOT CLEAN. It had black hairs and blood on the pillow case. Since it was late and no options, I put towels down and we slept in the bed. I did ask that the sheets be changed but I was not sure they were actually changed."
