Large living dining room with a farmhouse dining table and chairs. Two cosy leather settees. Full gas central heating system with double glazing, cast iron log effect electric fire complete with down lights and a aged solid oak fire surround with a black limestone hearth excellent for those cosy nights in. Smart TV and free complimentary Wi-Fi. Recently installed new kitchen with Microwave, Ceramic hob, built in conventional oven, fridge freezer, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, breakfast bar with log effect over head-lighting. Under stair storage with Iron, Ironing board and cleaning appliances. Stairs and landing leading to 3 bedrooms and a modern bathroom. 1 bedroom with double bed and sliderobe storage, bedside tables with lamps and chest of drawers. 1 bedroom with twin beds and slidrobe storage, bedside tables with lamps, a dresser with large mirror and over-head LED lighting and hair dryer. 1 bedroom with bunk beds, child safety catches on the windows, extra storage under beds. Bathroom with bath and shower combo, towel radiator and illuminated bathroom mirror cabinet. Towels and linen are provided. The kitchen leads to an enclosed outside yard with a seating area for alfresco dining Weekly overnight parking is on Coach Street Car Park. Skipton is the gateway to the Yorkshire dales and is a vibrant market town with an historical castle and ancient, cobbled streets. Skipton boasts some 25 pubs and wine bars.
