"Room was fairly clean. There were some small snips of paper or a wrapper on the floor inside the closet but nothing too big of a deal. The room we reserved (coworker and myself) stated two twin beds. I was thinking these are probably full but say twin. We got checked in and up to our room which the hallway was small; the hotel was very old but in good shape. The room literally had TWIN beds. It was fine we just needed a place to lay our heads as we were gone to a conference for work both days we stayed. Bed was soft and comfortable. No fridge in room but again not a deal breaker. Shower took a while to heat up but again we were on the 8th floor and the building is old. Again not a problem. Stay was good value for the week considering we were in the loop of Chicago. Would stay again!!"

"We stayed here for a concert and it was a great choice. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially Jock, and we really appreciated the water stations with free foldable water bottles. The room was clean and comfortable and the shower head is adjustable to a wide range of heights."
