"Complementary breakfast was OK. They didn’t really have many options except for bread. My husband is severely allergic to tree nuts, and peanuts and they had them everywhere.(then again we know the world does not revolve around us, but there were no allergy signs anywhere.) as for the hotel room itself. It was cozy cabin vibes. The restrooms were not the greatest. Too small random out of place repairs that were noticeable."

"Hotel is in a great location!! The proximity to the train station, restaurants and shops was perfect for us during our stay. I do have to say that the beds and pillow’s leave a lot to be desired as far as comfort goes. They are definitely more decorative than they are practical for use. Interlaken and the surrounding towns are absolutely beautiful and we would highly recommend visiting the area."

"Breakfast menu wasn't wide and really needed more egg options. Boil eggs in shell wasn't appealing. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Room #218 had a excellent view of both sides of hotel with a balcony which i loved. Walking distance to everything and very close to train station. Enjoyed my stay. "

"Absolutely beautiful"

"Property has no air conditioning and radiators were on in the room. I was able to turn one off and after requesting help on the second was told it was locked and as low as possible. Slept with balcony door open and provided fan. Stay was April 6 and 7. "
