The room was not as advertised on Expedia. I booked 2 beds, sofa bed and kitchen and thr room did not have a sofa. They changed rooms, but then we didn't have kitchen.
Ice makers did not work, one was completely gone and one had broken sign.
Laundry room dryer was not working due to full of coins, took an hour to get resolved.
No lounge chairs by pool. Hot tub was unavailable - empty and filthy.
