"The property was very clean and staff very attentive. I enjoyed the quite location close to water and local restaurants"

"We only stayed one night between a connecting flight. Reasonably close to the airport. Staff were friendly. Room was quite big. Building is quite rundown but we didn't explore any of the pool area or restaurants as we arrived late in the evening and left first thing in the morning."

"We stayed in one of the cabins. Everything we needed. Handy having the laundry to catch up on washing while travelling. Pool was nice."

"This is one of the loveliest places I've stayed. The 1 bedroom apartment was the perfect size for one person or a couple. We had a full kitchen, big balcony and washing machine & dryer. The staff were really helpful and the pool and pool bar were perfect for a relaxing holiday. Would definitely recommend!"

"Excellent stay - very clean"

"Great location. Nice large pool. Restaurant attached was amazing. Apartment was large & had a big balcony. Not the nicest room but pretty good value."

"Food, rooms and atmophere great"

"Very good location."

"Very friendly owner amd staff, clean and nice appartement with everything you need. Beach was close, pool was fine. Would have loved to stay longer. Next time for sure again!"

"We have seen some recent poor reviews - that was not our experience at all. The place was centrally located, clean, wifi worked great, large spacious rooms, friendly helpful staff and the pool was a nice spot to relax. The rooms are tile and concrete - so not much to update. We have zero complaints and would stay there again."

"Clean room, great location, would definitely stay here again"

"Good for over night stay between snorkelling."

"The location was perfect—right on the marina and close to all the activities around the reef and shopping plus parks and restaurants. The staff were amongst some of the friendliest and most helpful we’ve had on our travels!"

"Very nice hotel and the staff are very friendly and helpful providing recommendations for nearby activities and restaurants. We also enjoyed an excellent breakfast at the hotel's cafe."

"Good for your weekend hotel"

"Property looks a bit dated but the room was well decorated and fresh and tidy. Only a few blocks back from the Esplanade but quite a walk to central Cairns. Staff helpful and obliging."
