Very good hotel, about 6 min walk to underground station and very safe, highbrow area of central London. The rooms are not big, typical of central London hotels. A few disgusting damage in my room, which I reported and hopefully they fix. Breakfast is like a 10/10. I spend about a third of my year in hotels and I think this hotel got a really good breakfast.

Property was immaculate and staff were amazing to deal with! Only downside is that we didn’t have warm enough weather to enjoy the stunning garden area ! Really convenient with the tube being a 3 min walk away. Loved the bar and how different the cocktails were to normal we didn’t try the restaurant however the food looked amazing. We will definitely stay here again

The staff were all pleasant, especially the duty manager, Kieran. There were a few poor service issues which were quickly addressed and more than made up for. Kieran personally came to my room to apologise and suggest a resolution. All the staff we spoke to were lovely, the doorman Martino was great. Breakfast was nice, with both halal sausages & cold meats and pork sausages & bacon offered, catering to most patrons. Views over kensington gardens were awesome. The rooms were in great condition and clean. The location is great, and we ventured out via tube, driving, and walking on various days. I'd happily stay here again, and will do so in the future.
